Suggest Remedy For Burning Sensation Under Breasts During Summer

Good morning, I stay in South Africa with very high temperatures during January and February. I have large breasts and sweat a lot under my breasts and bra area. This cause a dark red burning situation under the breasts. I wear only cotton bra's but still during this time of the year I have problems. Thank you
