Suggest Remedy For Burns On Arm

My 22 year old daughter just burned the underside of her arm stumbling into our hot woodstove. Does she need to go to the ER? We have saturated with fresh Aloe Vera (from the plant). The burn hasn't blistered (yet). the burn is about 6 inches long going from a point to about 2" wide.
