Suggest Remedy For Buzzing Sound In Ear After The Surgery

hi. My name is Amit. I had an accident some years back due to which I had to undergo an ear surgery. after the surgery it was fine , although there was low buzzing sound in my ear. but it did not bother me too much. but since 2-3 weeks the noise has increased.
