Suggest Remedy For Calcium And Blood In Urine With Kidney Stones

i have pain in kidneys , i did a urine test and the calcium was +++ ,and the blood was ++ ,,, i suffer from pain while moving and while i eat different types of food . i know i have stone , but tests shows that it goes in the urine small less than 0.7 cm diameter ,, now passed 3 months and still did go out ,,, what do you think i should do ? thanks
