Suggest Remedy For Chapped Lips

Hi. I am a trumpet player and for the past two weeks I have been having symptoms that seem to be chapped lips. The problem is that the area that seems chapped keeps moving from my top lip to bottom lip and also to the inside of my lips. It's very hard to play. Any ideas? Thanks!
