Suggest Remedy For Chest Pain And Pain In Left Side Parts

hello doctor,m suffering form chest pain n my left side parts is paining alot,hard to breath,cant breath easily,last night my pain began to start from 1 am till 5 am.i couldnt sleep.whenever i tried to sleep it hurts.its been 3 4 days but my pain was badly started from last night.m taking some painkiller but its not working.n my age is 27 female.what should i do?pls help.thank u
