Suggest Remedy For Chest Pain And Tingling In Fingers Along With Dizziness

Hi. Thanks for your time. I ve had chest pain for the last few days. I have had a headache in and out during that time, with intermittent dizziness - feels like my eyes are going in and out of focus. I have tingling in my fingers, and pain in my RIGHT (not left) arm. I am 43. I have heart palpatations that can last for hours at a time, but this feels different. My dad has early onset of heart disease. I ve had chest pain from stress before, but this feels strange.
