Suggest Remedy For Chest Pain When Suffering From PTSD

I have PTSD but for the last two months get chest pain sitting or laying down. Had the heart things ruled out and scheduled for colonoscopy. Taking a prescribed antacid med. I have a few lumps that GI doctor said were likely lipoma on left rib and cardiac doctor said one was calcified. Been having a lot of pain in the left rib area where these things are. For last 4 hours tonight my left hand all tingling from forearm to fingers. Could it be a pinched nerve?
