Suggest Remedy For Chest Pains Caused Inhalation Of Paint Fumes

Hi I just used spray paint to paint a lexan body for an rc car in my basement as it is cold outside and paint doesn't stick well in the cold. Anyway, I used a 3M N95-certified mask (one that you can quickly put around your nose and mouth) and now I have some chest pain in the middle of my chest, also I have a dry cough. What can I do and is this serious?
