Suggest Remedy For Chlamydia

hi last week i had a problem with my water works. i went to my GP and was given antibotics for a water infection and antibiotics for chlamydia. she took swobs and the results came back possitive for chlamydia today. however i dont know what to do now..do i have to go back to my GP...has it gone?
