Suggest Remedy For Chronic Abdominal Bloating, Constipation And Diarrhea

I am still having constant bloating, on and off constipation and diarrhea, fatigue, very swollen lymph nodes every day. They feel like peanut m&ms under my chin and neck, loss of appetite, I get full really fast when I do eat, very poor scenes of smell and taste, and I still having this pressure over my diaphragm area. I was starting to feel a little better but is has just gotten worse. Every time I go to the doctor they just send me home with some different stomach medicine samples that never work.. It is really starting to get on my nerves that they are not trying to help me. It's starting to scare me. I don't know what to do if the doctors won't help.
