Suggest Remedy For Chronic Body Odor

i have this smell on me that won t go away. I think it has to do with my flatulence that I have a lot of. I have been tested for sibo, I have lactose intolerance. I have tried most diet s. I take beano. Nothing get s this smell off of me, it lingers after I shower. Could you tell me what you think could be the problem?
