Suggest Remedy For Chronic Constipation Post C-section Delivery

I had a constipation and after senna laxative my tongue became white coated. I had the same issue the last week. Now, I am afraid that I am dehydrated. I feel sleepy and difficulty concentrating. A little bit anxious maybe because if I am dehydrated the risk of becoming again constipated is big. I had a C section 10 days before. What should I do?!
