Suggest Remedy For Chronic Cough

hi. a couple days ago I started to get a cough and flem and mucas would come up when I coughed, and now the cough got worse. I have these random/not so random coughs that last for like 45 seconds at a time at most. I also have trouble breathing now after a couple days of having the cough. I wanted to knw what this is. I have all the symtoms of copd but I only smoke marijuana on occasion which I don't thing you could even get copd from that. can you tell me what this is. I can take about half a breath without coughing and if I take more il cough uncontrollably. I wake up every night coughing and the cough is worse in the morning.
