Hello doctor my son is 1 year and 5 months old. He is suffering by dysentry and also having little bit cold. The stool is liquid and yellow in nature. Paediatrician prescribed Oflomac Forte,zedott and preprp kid for 2 days for dysentry..And Ascoril LS+ for cold. Is these medines will cure my child.
