Suggest Remedy For Chronic Facial Tan

My tans aren t fading. On my face, I have a darkish glow and i have a dark forehead. Behind my sideburns i have pale skin around my ears, but darker skin around my face. also, my hand is about 4 - 5 shades lighter than my face. I have had this tan for 5 - 7 years now and i have been staying out of the sun, wearing sunscreen, exfoliating, and applying dark spot correcting creams for 2 - 3 years, but i don t see a result on my face. exfoliation work son my hand, but not on my face.
