Suggest Remedy For Chronic Hot Flashes

I had been using the combi-patch twice weekly then went to once a week. I had been on it for more than 5 yrs. I had terrible hair loss but it worked great for hot flashes. I stopped using it about 3 mo. Ago. I don't think I will ever use it again because of the terrible hair loss but also not sure I can stand these hot flashes anymore. I have been using evening of primrose and Estroven. Not working too well.
