Suggest Remedy For Chronic Nasal Blockage At Night

Hi Dr, I am suffering from cold last 10 years, My problem is daily night times my nasals get closed. I am not able to sleep properly.IF I take any nasal drops then only i can sleep. IF I take nasal drops I will get lot of sneezing and immediately I will get cold. I consult so many doctors in mumbai and bangalore and Kadapa. Right now I am in bangalore.
