Suggest Remedy For Chronic Pain In Joints And Back Ache

Hi, I have been having severe just pain. Mainly in the joints and lower back (sciatic) for over a year now. My x-rays, MRIs, nerve studies, and blood results come back normal . The pain is getting worse, to the point that I can t sleep or walk at times. My current blood work shows my ESR is 25 and my CRP is 0.70. What do you suggest?
