Suggest Remedy For Chronic Pain In Left Arm

HI Dr,My left hand is paining from 4-5 days. some times a day i feel there is no strength in my hand. Cant lift or carry any thing. I have a baby who is 3yrs old. i used to carry her(in left) during the travel times. I had gone to the local doctor here he prescribed me veloz d (in the noon before lunch ) and triactin 4 (after breakfast ,dinner)
