Suggest Remedy For Chronic Pain In The Chest In Supine Position

I went to urgent care because the pains in my chest are so bad I cannot sleep it increases when laying down and hits my arms as well. I have been treated for acid reflux for years but I know that is not it. I do suffer stress disorder and he and I agree that is part of it, he also said I had inflammation of the cartilage in my ribs, neck and part of my upper spine. What I want to know is how to make this stop before I stop. I do not know how much more I can take.
