Suggest Remedy For Chronic Pain In The Legs

I am having a leg pain for the past 2 months. It hurts when I go up or down the stairs and when I get up from sitting and if I sit in a low chair. I have taken meloxicam 7.5 & 15 mg and a few diclofenac 75 mg. Meloxicam really didnot do anything but diclofenac did just a bit. Why aren't these pills taking the pain away? I did not fall or bang myself. Can you please help me? Thanking you in advance
