Suggest Remedy For Chronic Watery Eye

yes i hope you can help me. My left eye has been tearing for 4 yrs, it tears from the time i wake up until the time i go to bed. I have been to 4 eye doctors none of them know why its tearing, some of the meds they gave me,Lotemax , Zylet , Cromolyn, none of them stopped the tearing. Some have said its caused by allergys, went to a allergist, she does not know why my eye is tearing, gave me a nasal spray, Azelastine Hydrochloride , that did not help. I had a deveated septum, left nostril, had the surgery done hoping maybe that was the cause of my left eye tearing , surgery went well but the left eye is still tearing.I hope you may have the answer or a doctor you can refer me to. I live in the boston,ma. area.
