Suggest Remedy For Clear Nipple Discharge

i am 28 years old, weight 43kg, height 153cm. i have clear nipple discharg, it shows up in my bra or when i squeez it. and it is small amount.
i have a history of fibroademosis since i was 16 years old. no increase in size. FNA done and was negative for any malignancy
