Suggest Remedy For Clogging And Bleeding In Ear

I was cleaning my ear then I made a mistake and the Q tip went in further it hurt really bad and my ear feel clog up...also the next day it was bleed when I rubbed it and my head hurt well the part that close to my ear...please help me?
