Suggest Remedy For Clot On Buttocks After Injury

I fell down the stairs last week and landed on my bottom - near the tailbone but clearly on the cheek. DAside from horrible bruising, I have a serious hard swollen knot in my cheek that 8 days later still hurts so I cannot fully sit on both cheeks...could I have a clot?
