Suggest Remedy For Cold And Chest Infection

I have continual minor chest infections head colds and aches/pains. And just coming out of the most awful lung and chest infection lasting 9 days. Took up runnin after quitting smoking 2 yr ago and find it very good but difficult at colder spells especially now in winter?
