Sir my 2•5 year baby is suffering from cold,fever.abdominal irritation from 20 th febtuary. Doctor gives him antibiotic, anti allergic and paracetamol, From 21st morning there arises two new symptoms. Vomitting and loose motion. Can we apply neopeptine and sucralfale together now. Please suggest.
