Suggest Remedy For Concussion And Fractures After Injury

I fell down concrete stairs on early 1/31/15 morning. I went to the ER, I have a concussion but no fractures. I have popped blood vessles in my eye and it is very red. The swelling is bad and my eye is very purple. What should I do to make it go away quicker? (I am a college student and peers will judge me harshly)
