Suggest Remedy For Constant Boils On Vagina

hello,I get constant boils on my vaginal area and i recently found a lump near my anus which was painful.initially the pain faded off now the lump in itself disappeared.and the whole of my vagina is iching really bad.i am forced to keep scratching and i've rashes all over.what should i do and what do u think it is? please help me and i am 18 yrs old
