Suggest Remedy For Constant Feeling Of Sickness And Headache

i had a lunbar puncture done on fri eve to see if i had menegitis but the results came back clear except the tickled a nerve and now its painful and i have to take paracetamol every 4 hours but it doesn't work, i constantly feel sick and have a headache, is this normal, if so how long will it take to recover fully?? i am 17 yrs old
