Suggest Remedy For Constant Headache

I currently have a constant dull headache going on now for about 36 hours, I have taken my imetrex and fiorecet with no relief. I usually only take those meds maybe once a month or so for a migraine......when I cough it takes the pain off the charts and is unbearable...its sharp and consumes the frontal lobe and is difused through both sides of my head to my ears....any ideas
