Suggest Remedy For Constant Headaches

hi lately i have been getting alot of headaches, the pain will start at front of head then radiate on sides and back of head sometimes 2 days ago i hit the side of my head and i have a little bump there and is bit tender but since 2day ive noticed a fluttering type feeling on top of head(right side) it comes for couple seconds then goes away then comes on again and keeps repeating, i also am getting a pain in my left ear at same time but only sometimes, please help
