Suggest Remedy For Constant Pain In Breast Oozing Clear Liquid From Nipple

earlier my left breast had a clear liquid come out of the nipple when i lightly squeezed it. that just alarmed me -the pain is in the right breast. The nipple has become introverted and is swelling. However, I have a high tollerence for pain. It feels like a constant pain - i can tollerate it but it is very uncomfortable.
