Suggest Remedy For Constant Severe Headaches

I have been treated for a sinus infection for the last 10 days with Levaquin 500mg and methylprednisolone 4mg dose pk (6 days these are finished), I still have a very bad headache that will not go away. The top of my head, under my eyes and forehead. I have been taking sudafed PE . Nothing helps. Had an appointment today with ENT and they canceled due to no lights. not sure what else to do but can not take this pain much longer. can you tell me what to do?
