Suggest Remedy For Constipation After Taking Probiotics

I traveled from Florida to Utah for vacation. I have been very constipated even though I take probiotics & a calcium supplement w/ magnesium. The only movements have been very small. How can I make sure I have a good movement upon returning home.? Traveling now, but my stomach feels full and uncfortablevst this point. Please advise .
