Suggest Remedy For Constipation And Problem With Digestive System

I am having trouble with my stomach/digestive system? I have been getting really consitpated 10-15 minutes after i eat and i get really nauseated, in pain and have to go to the restroom for some time to get it all out and get the pain to go away... don t know what this is.
