Suggest Remedy For Constipation And Weight Gain After Thyroid Removal

I ve had my complete thyroid removed and have been on synthroid 0.75 mg ,although my thyroid is in the required range of 1.53 ,feeling tired, constipation ,even with medication for that , and weight gain in the last 2 months of 5 #. as a weight watchers employee only eating non processed foods , chlorestrol levels gone from 203 to 230. Dr has considered putting me on cytomel pure 3T . With all the side affects I m Concerned Should I get another suggestion? Sorry I didn t know there would be a charge, thank you anyway.
