Suggest Remedy For Cough, Body Pain And Throat Pain Due To Sinusitis

Hi,I am suffering sinusitis from 10 yrs .surgon done two times.nw my age is 22 yrs(male).I am suffering with cough,headache,body pains,chest pain,throt infection...can you plz suggest to something cure my disease ..and also I have doubt this disease have a permanent solution or not I consult many doctors but no use ..only upto course ok after that it will come again..can you plz suggest...thank you.
