Suggest Remedy For Cough,fatigue And Low Fever

I have a cough (mainly due to dry scratchy throat), low grade fever between 99.5 to 100.6, pain in the temple area ususally in the evening, some fatique....I had a flu shot , it was more in the tissue of the arm this time,ans was sore for a week. cold or flu? this is the 3rd day feeling a little better. Having superbowl party sunday do i cancel?
