Suggest Remedy For Cramping And Swelling On Calf After A Fall

I fell about three weeks ago heavily on left leg and calf buckled under weight if fall. Initial injury to back and knock as then fell backwards. After about two weeks calf pain like cramping and swelling( not DVT) which has persisted with tenderness to touch but bruising now coming out around my heel and ankle
