Suggest Remedy For Cramps And Pressure In Lower Abdomen

hi,I'm having cramps like if i'mgoing to have my period or if i'm in labour. I also feel this heavy pressure on my lower abdomen. My lower back is also very painful.I'm in a middle of my cycle. Went to a doctor thursday and she booked an appointment for a exam (ultra sound ?) I'm a bit worried as I read things about ovaries cancer which seems to be similar symtoms...
