Suggest Remedy For Cut In Throat Due To Swallowing Chicken Bone

on christmas day i swallowed a chicken bone and i started to vomit after i went to the er and they didnt find anything. its been quite some time now. it hurts still its raw in my throat and i can see alil cut should i be worried or will it heal on its own?
