Suggest Remedy For Cuts At The Opening Of Vagina

I have cuts, paper like cuts just near my vagina hole it s from scratching while having a yeast infection. I get them very often. I took 7 day monistat and don t feel like scratching anymore or any discharge but these cuts won t go away. I m just wondering what I could do to get these cuts healed up. I m 26 150-155
