Suggest Remedy For Cuts In Foreskin And Lack Of Retraction After Sex

hi, i have been facing some problems with my foreskin. i am married. on a couple of ocassions, after intercourse, i have developed foreskin problem. i cannot pull my foreskin back and there are small cuts like symptoms on it. it feels as if the skin has burned and has become sensitive due to which i cant pull my foreskin back, let alone have intercourse. this lasts for 10-15 days.please guide me to proper remedy.thank you
