Suggest Remedy For Cyst On Ovary With Pain In Pelvic Region

hi doctor jain.i am female age 28.i have a cyst on my left ovary but i am feeling tremendous pain in my right part(pelvic), the pain runs in my right hip bone, my lymph nodes over the right sides are swollen and pain terribly, i have difficulty walking and i keep losing a lot of weight in my hips, bottom and thighs without trying.the pain is also in my right side and back.i have been to many gynaecologists,taken many antibiotics and nothing helps.the pain keeps getting worse.can you please help me?
