Suggest Remedy For Cysts Under Arms And Groin Area

My fiancee, an african american woman, is regularly plagued by cysts which are always found under her arm (arm pit area) and in her groin area. They typically lance and drain the cysts. Is there a more permanent solution to this. It runs in her family but all that is ever done is lancing and draining with the presciption of anti-biotics.
