Suggest Remedy For Dark Brown Spots On Hands Along With High BP

My husband has recently been experiencing these dark drown to dark yellow spots that appear out of nowhere on his hands and arms!! They appear then disappear within an hour or two. He said that he could feel his blood pressure rising and he had a metallic taste in his mouth!!
