Suggest Remedy For Dark Brown Spots On The Penis

For some years maybe 10 years. I m 46 now. I have dark brown spots on my penis head. They don t hurt or bother and you can t feel them. It s just the color. I m very embarrassed. I don t let my wife perform oral sex due to this marks. I have about 5 all around the head and 2 r about the size of a dime. Can you plz help. I m losing my self confidence and I m very embarrass to show my penis since it looks awkward with those spots. Please help and don t make fun since I m already stress out and lost my self confidence.
