Suggest Remedy For Dark Patches On Cheeks

Hi i have dark patches on my cheeks, i have tried many lotion and potion but it doesn't want to clear somehow, last time i went to my GP and i went to hospital which they prescribed me Kliggman cream that also did not help what shall i do i am depressed
